Yum Extender 0.40 is released for Fedora Core 4

This release only works in Fedore Core 4.
New Features / changes:
* GUI Redesigned.
* Now works with Yum 2.3.x
* Better integration with yum. No more "screen scraping"
* New Progress dialog, insted of redirected yum output.
* Remove Run Yum Command. (Might be back in a later release)
