Fedora 9 Alpha

Fedora 9 Alpha, the first development release of Fedora 9 is out. It's not good for everyday use, but you can get an idea of what is coming with the final release.

  • Support for resizing ext2, ext3 and NTFS partitions during install
  • Support for creating and installing to encrypted filesystems

  • Kernel 2.6.24
