Apple kills hacked iphones

An Apple software update is disabling iPhones that have been unlocked by owners who wanted to choose which mobile network to use.

Some days ago, Apple said that they plan in the next iPhone update, to make all the hacked phones stop working.

As it seems... they were telling the truth. Now all users with hacked phones that tried to update found their devices permanently inoperable.

The problem is that there are reports about unaltered phones that now have troubles due to that update. Some people say that their contacts and their photos are deleted.
